I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.

By commissioning Halcyonic Dream, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms of Service.Copyright & Ownership
All artwork and designs created by Halcyonic Dream remain the intellectual property and copyright of the artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Halcyonic Dream reserves the right to display commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, promotional materials, and commission advertisements unless a prior confidentiality agreement has been arranged.Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership to the client.Personal Use Commissions
Personal use commissions are intended for private enjoyment and non-commercial purposes only.Examples include:
* Personal character artwork
* Gifts
* Wallpapers
* Social media profile images
* Personal printsClients may:
* Share the artwork on social media
* Use the artwork for personal display
* Print the artwork for personal useClients may not:
* Sell the artwork
* Use the artwork to advertise a business, product, service, or event
* Mint, tokenize, or use the artwork for NFT/blockchain purposes
* Use the artwork for AI training or generative AI purposes
* Alter, edit, trace, recolor, or modify the artwork without written permission from the artistWhen reposting artwork online, credit to HD Studios is appreciated and requested whenever possible.Commercial Use Commissions
Commercial use includes any use of artwork that promotes, advertises, markets, generates revenue for, or represents a business, brand, product, service, organization, or monetized social media account.Examples include:
* Business advertisements
* Product packaging
* Merchandise
* Business social media pages
* Websites
* Marketing materials
* Promotional graphicsCommercial use commissions incur an additional licensing fee equal to 50% of the total artwork cost.Example:
Artwork Total: $100
Commercial License Fee (+50%): $50
Final Total: $150Commercial licensing grants permission to use the finished artwork for approved business and marketing purposes.Commercial licensing does NOT transfer copyright ownership.Clients may not:
* Resell the artwork itself
* Claim the artwork as their own creation
* Alter, edit, trace, recolor, remove signatures, remove watermarks, or otherwise modify the artwork without written permission from Halcyonic DreamIf text, branding elements, or business names are requested, they should be incorporated by Halcyonic Dream into the final approved artwork whenever possible.Credit to Halcyonic Dream as the artist is appreciated and requested when sharing or displaying commissioned artwork.Logo & Branding Services
Logo and branding services are separate from illustration commissions.
Logo design rates include creative development, typography selection, branding considerations, and business-focused design solutions.Branding packages may include:
* Primary logos
* Secondary logos
* Submarks
* Brand guidelines
* Business cards
* Website designUnless otherwise agreed upon in writing, final logo files are licensed for business use by the client.Any artwork commissioned under illustration pricing is not automatically considered a logo design.A commissioned illustration with a business name added remains an illustration unless specifically contracted as logo or branding work.Artwork Modification Policy
Clients may not alter commissioned artwork without written permission from Halcyonic Dream.This includes but is not limited to:
* Adding filters
* Recoloring
* Cropping significant portions of the artwork
* Removing signatures
* Removing watermarks
* Tracing
* Editing or manipulating artwork using AI toolsMinor resizing for social media posting is permitted.If additional edits are needed after delivery, clients are encouraged to contact Halcyonic Dream directly.Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included during the work-in-progress stage.Major changes requested after approval of a sketch or final stage may incur additional fees.Payment
Payment is due before final delivery of artwork.Work will not be delivered until the agreed payment has been received.Payment plans may be discussed for larger projects.Right to Refuse ServiceHalcyonic Dream reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason. In the event that work has not yet begun, a full refund will be issued.
